Love going to the dentist. Been a patient for over 20 years. They really take an interest in their patients. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed by Jen and and all the staff. Always look forward to catching up with Dr. Sakuda after my teeth cleaning.

Dr. Sakuda and his staff make make going to the dentist about as pleasant an experience as possible. Both the administrative staff and technical staff provide a warm and courteous environment putting the patient at ease. Dr. Sakuda exudes positive energy and professional competence. He and technical staff explain every element of the procedure and prepare the patient for what they are about to experience. I can truthfully say that I have never ever come away from a dental procedure with such a positive feeling.

I highly recommend Dr. Sekuda. He is very skilled and knowledgeable, and he has helped me with several dental issues. I drive across the island to see him because he does such a great job. His office staff is great as well!

Dr Sakura and his staff have been great to me and my family for many years. I’m older so my teeth have run the gamut of dental care from bridges, crowns, veneers, and fillings. He provides fantastic services and always seems to use the latest technology making the chair much more inviting. I would certainly recommend families with all ages.

Dr. Sakuda helped me with an emergency a couple of years ago when my dentist was off island. Knowing that my dentist was retiring, I had decided than that I wanted to move to Dr. Sakuda. The decision was perfect. Dr. Sakuda and his staff are all awesome and there are no words to describe how great they are. I highly recommend them.

Doctor Sakuda and his entire staff are so very nice and helpful and personable. I felt so comfortable at my visit there last week. The hygienist was particularly helpful and excuse me, but I forgot her name at this time, but I must say that she answered all of my questions about brushing my teeth the proper way and using the right type of toothbrush and she also educated me about my gums receding, and what it meant. She was also very personable and polite, very easy to talk to.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Michael K. Sakuda DDS & Associates here in Kailua, and I was genuinely impressed by how warm and welcoming everyone was. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Kelli was especially kind and made my first visit such a breeze. As a brand-new patient, I had quite a few questions, and she took the time to answer all of them clearly and patiently. I recently transitioned out of the military, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the process. I've had the pleasure of trusting my smile with Dr. Sakuda since 2010, and recently returned to his practice after moving back on island. He is as great as ever. No pressure to do unnecessary services, the dental team works with me to get me through cleanings (I get stressed by the scraping so they are extra gentle while still being thorough) and they are overall just incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this practice if you want a healthy mouth and teeth, delivered with aloha.

Excellent communication and even better dental care. Kelli & Sheri are very warm, welcoming, and efficient. Kuilei did amazing job with making the the x-rays quick & painless. Tori is very helpful and efficient making the hygiene process an enjoyable experience. Dr. Sakuda does an excellent work listening to questions/needs, answering questions, and explaining treatment. Glad I found this place!
